The Portrait

I produced this video for a video contest hosted by iStockPhoto.com. iStock sells stock photography and video to designers and artists, so one of the requirements for the video was that you had to use one of ten photos or one of five videos that they provided somewhere within your 30 second to three minute video.
I chose the topic partially because of the limitation of using one of the ten photos provided (slim pickings). Mainly, though, I've seen the devastation that an eating disorder can bring upon an individual and those that love that individual. Since my audience would be iStock customers, I figured that the idea of redefining beauty would fall best on those that define art and beauty in the first place - designers and artists.
